On Monday 3rd , tram returns to the winter timetable and the magnetic ticket will no longer be valid

Metrotenerife activates on Monday 3rd the winter timetable of the tram service with frequencies of 5 minutes on Line 1 and 10 minutes on Line 2 and with the novelty that the magnetic ticket will no longer be valid to travel on the tram. Only the ten+ card and ten+móvil app will be accepted as payment and validation methods.

Timetable winter

Trams will run again during peak hours on weekdays, from 07:00 am to 03:00 pm, every 5 minutes on Line 1 and every 10 minutes on Line 2. In the afternoon, trams will also operate with a higher frequency than in summer season, 6 minutes on Line 1 and 12 minutes on Line 2, mainly. The night service on the weekend remains unchanged, offering the same frequencies in summer and winter.

Ten+ system

Magnetic tickets are no longer valid to travel on the tram service. Users will only be able to validate their ticket with the ten+ card or with the ten+móvil app.

The card can be purchased or recharged at the vending machines on the tram stops, in the commercial offices of Metrotenerife and Titsa as well as at 500 sales points, which can be consulted on the external link: https://http://www.titsa.com/index.php/atencion-al-cliente/puntos-de-venta-y-recarga.

The application ten+móvil is available for free download directly from the App Store and Google Play platforms for the operative systems IOS or Android, respectively.
