Tram strike goes on

March 18, 2019

Tram strike carries on with the strike calendar with partial stoppages, ranging from 50 minutes to 2 hours in length. The tram will run with minimum services of 75% during the strike periods, out of them it will operate with its normal frequency.

The Metrotenerife direction and the committee will meet again this week to reach a final agreement. Despite the negotiations, the committee maintains the indefinite strike in April.

Metrotenerife apologises for the inconvenience caused to tramway users and will try to continue offering the best possible service within the conditions of this strike.
