The Metrotenerife Board of Management has agreed to tender the drafting of the projects to complete the train platform and the intermodal station Tenerife South Airport. Since 2009 the train project has progressed according to the budget resources of the State. With the budget for this year, the Metrotenerife Board of Management will tender for a total amount of 3.274.800 Euro:

Section 1: Bus Station (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) –false tunnel TF1 – Radazul (Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
Section 3: Candelaria – Arafo –Fasnia – Arico.
Section 4: Fasnia – Arico until San Isidro (Granadilla de Abona).
Section 6: False tunnel Oroteanda (San Miguel) – False tunnel Guaza Mountain (Arona)
Section 8: False tunnel Los Cristianos – Las Américas (Adeje)

On the other hand, the Board of Management will tender the drafting of the intermodal station Tenerife South Airport for 400.000 Euro and awarded Evalúa Sistemas Ambientales company the updating of the Estudio de Impacto Ambiental of the train project.
