Metrotenerife tenders services for the Contactless Ticketing System
The new Ticketing System will be launched this year and Metrotenerife Board of Management has agreed to tender the Call Center service for the clients of Metrotenerife and Titsa with the goal to inform about the new operating mode of the contactless card of transport. The bidding budget is 55.000 Euros.
Also it will be tendered the service of informative brigades/ staff for the 25 tram stops and for the commercial tram offices. They will explain the new system of payment and deliver the cards. The bidding budget is 98.000 Euros.
Furthermore, the Board of Managament has approved, for 39.500 Euros, the bid of maintenance services of the application of Metrotenerife, Vía-Móvil.
